Discovering Your Sparkle

There are Sparkly People everywhere.

They are in every Continent, and every Country in the Whole World.

Sparkly People are in every Town and probably even on your street, maybe in your home.

You have met them.

You may even be one!

Some people move through the World noticing patterns, feelings, ideas, and a deep connection to the beauty of nature, that other people sometimes seem to not see, or completely miss.

Sparkly People’s minds are often curious, creative and full of energy and fun ideas.

They think deeply.

They care deeply.

They imagine deeply.

This is sparkle.

Around Sparkly People there is often a feeling that is hard to explain.

Some people describe it as warmth.

Some say it feels like light.

Some feel calmer.

Some people feel like they are full of fizzing beans - little bursts of happy energy, bubbling and fizzing inside.

People sometimes call this ‘full of beans’

More alive

Sometimes they have so much sparkle of positive energy, jumping around excitedly around them. Some people call that being “full of beans”

A few people say they can see soft colours glimming gently around Sparkly People.

Most people cannot see them.

You were never too much.

You were simply bright.
